1. Service
DuanShen AI provides educational tools for exploring business, investing, and decision-making mental models. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly in U.S. dollars and renew automatically until canceled. Basic subscribers may upgrade to Pro immediately; Creem calculates and charges the prorated difference for the current billing period.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Contact support@axing22.com before your next renewal to cancel or downgrade. Refund requests are reviewed under the applicable checkout and consumer-protection rules.
5. Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect, and you should verify important decisions independently.
